Send to your business or direct to your client
Orders can ship to your address or straight to the customer you are serving. The destination, packing and paperwork are fixed in the written quote, and we do not market to your customers.
Large, complex or repeat programs
Fifty pieces is the standard crystal minimum. Higher volumes, multi-item programs and non-standard delivery requirements are confirmed individually in writing.
A clear route for damage or proof differences
Report damage or a difference from the approved proof within 30 days of delivery with photographs and the order reference. Affected pieces are assessed for remake or credit where the fault is ours.

Can you use our design, or help create one?
Both. Send finished artwork and we will follow it, or send a brief, client logo, reference photo or sketch and our team can help develop the crystal award design for approval.
Does 7–15 days include shipping?
For standard orders to the quoted destination, yes. Total fulfilment, including standard transit, is 7–15 days from written proof approval. Complex, large-volume or non-standard delivery requirements are confirmed separately in the quote.
Can you ship directly to our customer?
Yes. We can dispatch to your address or direct to the customer you are serving. The final destination, packing and paperwork are stated in the written quote.
What happens if pieces arrive damaged?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographs and the order reference. We assess the evidence and remake or credit the affected pieces where the fault is ours.
