These terms apply to quotes, orders and deliveries from this website.
Quotes and proofs
Every order is quoted individually. Production follows the digital proof you approve in writing — please check spelling, logos, dates and dimensions carefully at that stage.
Orders
An order is confirmed when you approve the proof and confirm the quote. Where a deposit is agreed, production is scheduled once it is received.
Artwork and intellectual property
You confirm that you have the right to use any logo, crest or artwork you send us. Your artwork stays yours: we do not resell it, reuse it for other customers, or display it publicly without your permission.
Lead times
Standard custom awards are produced and delivered in 7–15 days, confirmed in writing with your quote. Delays caused by artwork approval, customs or carrier disruption are outside our control.
Quality and claims
Items are produced to the approved proof. Claims for damage or deviation from proof must reach us within 7 days of delivery, with photos.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the affected items, whether by remake or credit.
