Do you make crystal hexagon awards with laser engraving?
Yes — hexagon crystal awards are one of our standard shapes. We cut them in optical-grade crystal at 12 cm, 15 cm and 18 cm, with surface laser engraving for a frosted white finish or 3D subsurface engraving inside the crystal, and an optional crystal, black crystal or metal base.
Why is there no price on this site?
Because every award is made to order. Size, material, engraving, packaging and quantity all change the number, and a published range would be wrong for most orders. Send us your requirement and you get a written, itemised quote — usually within one business day.
How fast can you deliver?
Standard custom awards are produced and delivered in 7–15 days. If your order has to land on a specific date, tell us before you approve the proof and we will confirm it in writing.
Which materials can you work with?
Optical crystal and glass, die-cast zinc alloy, brass, copper, stainless steel, aluminium, acrylic, bamboo, oak and walnut — in silver, gold, copper, antique bronze and plated finishes.
Can you make a custom shape?
Yes. Send a drawing, a photo or even a sketch. Tooling for a fully custom shape is quoted as a one-off line.
Do I get a proof before production?
Yes. We prepare a free digital proof showing your artwork on the award and revise it until you approve it. Nothing goes into production until you say go.
What artwork do you need?
Vector is ideal (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF), but a PNG, JPG or photo of a sketch is enough to start. We redraw it and send it back for approval.
Will anything carry your branding?
No. Your logo and your client's details are the only branding on the finished award, and your artwork is not reused or resold.
What if an order arrives damaged?
Send photos within 7 days of delivery. If the fault is ours we remake or credit the affected pieces.
