Quality control
- Each piece is inspected against the approved digital proof — shape, engraving, plating and finish
- Engraving and printing are checked for alignment and legibility before packing
- Orders are packed individually, with gift boxes available on request
Our guarantee
If an order arrives damaged, or does not match the proof you approved, send photos within 7 days of delivery. If the fault is ours, we remake or credit the affected pieces.
Proof approval is the specification
The digital proof you approve is what we produce to. If something on the proof is wrong, tell us before production — revisions are free.
