Custom awards are made to your approved artwork, so please review the digital proof carefully before production.
If we make a mistake
If your order arrives damaged, or does not match the proof you approved, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. If the fault is ours, we remake or credit the affected items.
If you change your mind
Because each order is produced to your specification, custom items cannot be returned or refunded once production has started. If you cancel before production begins, any amount paid for that order is refunded.
Proof-stage changes
Changes to artwork, size, material or quantity are free before you approve the proof. After approval, changes may affect timing and cost, and we will confirm any change in writing before proceeding.
