1. Artwork preparation
We redraw your logo or crest to production artwork, then build a digital proof on the actual award shape and size.
2. Tooling and production
Depending on the award, we laser cut and engrave crystal and acrylic, die-cast or die-strike metal medals, coins and pins, and cut and engrave wood and metal plaques.
3. Finishing
Pieces are polished, plated in silver, gold, copper or antique bronze, colour-filled, and checked for defects.
4. Assembly and packing
Ribbons, bases, gift boxes, inserts and printed packaging are assembled, then each piece is checked against your approved proof before it is packed.
