Four steps from artwork to delivered awards.
1. Send your requirement
Use the quote form or email us with the award type, size, quantity, artwork and any deadline. If you only have a reference photo or a sketch, that is enough to start.
2. Free digital proof
We prepare a digital proof showing your artwork on the actual award shape and send it with a written quote. Revisions are free until you approve it.
3. Approve and produce
Once you approve the proof, production is scheduled. Standard custom awards are produced and delivered in 7–15 days, and we confirm the exact date with your quote.
4. Delivery and after-sales
Every piece is checked against the approved proof before packing. If anything arrives damaged, or not to proof, send us photos within 7 days and we will remake or credit the affected pieces.
