Our Process

No account required, and no minimum order to start a quote. Send what you have — a logo file, a sketch on paper, or a photo of an existing award — and we will take it from there.

1 · Tell us what you need

Send your artwork (AI, EPS, PDF or a clear photo), quantity, sizes and the date you need the awards delivered. If you only have a rough idea, that is fine — tell us the occasion and we will suggest formats and sizes.

2 · Free digital proof

Within 1–2 working days we send a digital proof showing exactly how your award will look: engraving layout, fonts, sizes and colours. Nothing is produced until you approve this proof in writing, and revisions are free.

3 · Sample (optional)

For first orders or complex artwork you can request a physical sample before full production. Sample cost is credited against your order when you proceed. Most clients approve directly from the digital proof to save time.

4 · Production

Once approved, your awards are produced — crystal cutting and engraving, die casting, plating, or UV printing depending on the material. During this stage we keep your artwork and any tooling on file, so repeat orders and re-engraving always match the original.

5 · Delivery & reorders

Your order is packed for safe transport (individual boxes or foam-lined, your choice) and delivered within the timeframe agreed in your quote. For future orders, your artwork is already on file: send us the new names and we will reproduce the award exactly.

Lead Times

• Standard production and delivery: 7–15 days from written proof approval
• Larger orders (500+ pieces) or multi-item programmes: confirmed in your quote
• Rush orders: tell us your deadline — if it is possible, we will say so before you commit

Express Production

When your event is closer than standard lead times allow, ask about express production with your quote request. Express availability depends on material and quantity, and is confirmed in writing before production starts.

FAQ

What artwork files do you need?

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are ideal. A high-resolution PNG, JPG or even a smartphone photo of your existing award often works too — we will confirm before starting.

Is a digital proof really free, even if I don't order?

Yes. You see exactly what your award will look like before any payment. If you do not proceed, nothing is produced.

Can you match the awards we already have?

Send us a photo and dimensions, or mail us one sample. We match size, finish and engraving style, and we keep the details on file so future reorders match too.

Do you work with distributors and resellers?

Yes. We supply award retailers, engraving shops and promotional distributors with white-label packaging on request, and we never contact your customers. Ask about trade pricing when you request a quote.
