Yes. Your artwork and engraving details are kept on file, so a reorder reproduces the original award. Send the new winners' names and you will have a written quote within one business day.

Can you match awards we already have from another supplier?

Send a photo and the dimensions, or mail us one sample. We match size, finish and engraving style, and keep the details on file so future orders match too.

Do we need a contract or an account to run a programme?

No. Orders are quoted individually and there is no account or minimum to start — the artwork on file is what keeps a programme consistent between orders.

What is the lead time if our ceremony date is fixed?

Standard production and delivery is 7–15 days from written proof approval. Tell us the date before you approve the proof and we confirm it in writing.
