How a bulk order runs

1. Send your artwork and date — a vector logo, or a photo of last year's award. Tell us quantities per year group and the ceremony date.
2. Free digital proof (1–2 working days) — we show the engraving on the actual shape; revisions are free.
3. Approve in writing — production starts only after you approve; the written quote fixes the exact price for your quantities.
4. Produced & delivered in 7–15 days — packed individually or foam-lined, checked against your proof before dispatch.

Indicative starting prices are published on every product page — class pins from $1.05, medals from $3.40, acrylic awards from $10. The exact per-piece price for your quantities, sizes and packaging is confirmed in your written quote — usually within one business day.

Working around your ceremony date

We schedule production backwards from your ceremony. Standard production and delivery is 7–15 days from written proof approval; larger runs (500+ pieces) and multi-item programmes are confirmed with your quote. If your date is tight, say so when you send your artwork — where express production is possible we confirm it in writing before you commit.

FAQ

Do you take bulk school orders with many different items?

Yes. Class pins, medals, trophies and crystal can all be produced from one artwork set so the finishes match, and every item is priced per piece in your written quote. There is no minimum order to start a quote.

Can each year group get the same award in a different size?

Yes — tiered sizes from one artwork set is one of the most common school programmes. See the Crystal Star set in our recent work.

Can you deliver before our graduation or awards night?

Standard production and delivery is 7–15 days from written proof approval. Send your ceremony date with your artwork; if express production is possible we confirm it in writing before you commit. Nothing goes into production until you approve the proof.

What artwork do schools usually send?

A vector logo (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal, but a PNG, JPG, a photo of an existing award or even a sketch is enough to start — we redraw it and send it back for approval. Class-pin colours can be matched to your school's palette.
